I partner with leaders who feel the call to evolve — in their leadership, their life, or both.
After more than twenty years working within global organisations in Paris and London, I understand the realities of leadership, complexity, and transformation from the inside. I have experienced the responsibility that comes with leading others, navigating uncertainty, and guiding organisations through change. And I’ve seen firsthand how leaders shape the people, teams, and systems around them.
Alongside this leadership journey, I have spent more than two decades exploring human development, consciousness, and the deeper dimensions of personal transformation.
Today, my work brings these worlds together.
I support leaders who want to grow not only in what they achieve, but in who they become.
Because lasting transformation in leadership and life rarely begins with external strategies alone. It begins within.
I grew up in a village in France, in a family shaped by traditional craftsmanship and farming. From an early age I felt a strong curiosity about the world and a strong desire to expand beyond what I knew.
That curiosity eventually led me to Paris and later to London, where I built a career in global organisations and held senior leadership roles. Much of my work involved leading complex business transformations. Together with the teams I worked with, we turned around brands, strengthened cultures, and delivered sustainable results.
Our work was recognised for the impact it created, and those experiences taught me a lot about leadership — the courage it requires, the responsibility it carries, and the profound influence leaders have on the people and systems around them.
At the same time, those years also revealed the complexity of organisational life: the pressures leaders carry, the human dynamics at play, and the integrity challenges that can sometimes arise when navigating change.
At one point in my corporate journey, the pace and pressure of leadership began to affect my health and wellbeing. I came close to burnout and faced a period that forced me to pause and reflect more deeply on the direction of my life.
This moment became a turning point.
I began exploring practices that supported a deeper connection to myself — meditation, yoga, contemplative practices, and different forms of inner work. I also worked with coaches, mentors, and teachers, and experienced firsthand how profoundly inner work can shape both leadership and life.
During this time I discovered the power of having thoughtful partners who could create space for reflection, insight, and growth.
That experience was transformative. It allowed me to see my leadership and my life with greater clarity — and it stayed with me.
During that period, something became increasingly clear to me.
The more I deepened my own inner work, the more it began to change how I was leading.
I became more steady under pressure, more aware of the human dynamics at play, and more intentional in how I showed up. And I could see how that shift was directly influencing the transformations we were able to create with my teams.
I began to understand that the most meaningful and sustainable change did not come from strategy alone.
It came from the inner evolution of the leader.
Motherhood opened another important chapter in my life.
Becoming a mother deepened my reflection about the kind of life and impact I wanted to create. Around that time I decided to pursue a long-held aspiration and trained as a professional coach.
As I began working with clients, something became clear very quickly: all the experiences I had gathered — leadership, transformation work, personal growth, and my own journey through challenge and change — were shaping the way I was able to support others.
The transformations I witnessed in my clients were profoundly meaningful.
Eighteen months later I left the boardroom and decided to dedicate my work fully to coaching and leadership development. Soon after I became a certified Dare to Lead™ facilitator, trained in person by Dr. Brené Brown.
Since then, I have continued to deepen my practice through study and training, exploring disciplines that support human growth and transformation.
Having spent many years navigating the corporate world myself, I came to understand firsthand the complexity many women experience in leadership.
Beyond the visible challenges of corporate life, I became increasingly aware of deeper patterns influencing how women relate to power, voice, and authority. These patterns are not only personal — they are also shaped by centuries of cultural conditioning around the feminine and leadership.
This awareness became an important part of my own journey and led me to explore how women can reconnect with their authentic authority while remaining true to who they are.
Today, alongside my work with leaders more broadly, I am deeply committed to supporting women who feel called to step fully into their voice, their leadership, and the impact they are here to create.
My own path has shown me that transformation is rarely linear. It often begins in moments of questioning, challenge, or quiet inner knowing that something deeper is asking to emerge.
Today I bring everything I have learned — through leadership, personal experience, and years of study — to support leaders who feel that same call.
I also share these perspectives through speaking engagements and leadership conversations with organisations and communities exploring the future of leadership.
